A new team to make La Coupole one of the finest restaurants in Québec
A new team of experts in food services has taken over the establishment to create a new menu inspired from the French brewery that proudly displays the Aliments du Québec au menu logo.
The establishment as a team of experts to ensure service and quality cuisine. La Coupole solicited the renowned chef Anne Desjardins to create a compelling new signature menu worthy of the finest Québec tables. She has worked with Cédric Désilets, promoted to Chef so he can promote regional products.
La Coupole has also turned to Bruno Meril, Catering Director, named Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2011. A well-known sommelier often honored during his career, will put his talent at your service to help you discover the treasures of La Coupole. He can rely on Chris Natale who joined the team as first butler and mixologist, enjoying an enviable reputation among Montréal jet setters. He puts his creative work in the signature cocktails at La Coupole.
With a capacity of 150 seats on two levels, and inspired both by the French brasserie and contemporary style, the restaurant offers a comfortable, elegant and refined ambiance.
La Coupole also offers a VIP lounge for your private dinner of 12 people or less, and an impressive Wine Bar for your special events.
During summer, the restaurant opens its doors to a large terrace on the 2nd floor for your sunny meals or your 5-7. La Coupole is located close to the Bell Centre, temple of our Canadians.
